RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns: We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your product(s). All Item(s) MUST be proven defective, flawed, or mislabeled in order to deem your item returnable and/or refundable. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to support@legithoops.com within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Upon receiving your claim, our team will begin to verify the issue and will contact you within 24 hours. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. In order to process a return, you will need to share with us a detailed description of the issue and include quality photos of the defective product. 

Exchanges: At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@legithoops.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

Refunds: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@legithoops.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

 

SHIPPING

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) - Usually, it takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The estimated shipping time is 3-4 days business days. The estimated delivery time including fulfillment and shipping is 5-11 business days. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Can I exchange my order? We’re sad to hear that you wish to exchange your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Why did my order fail to deliver? If you have not received your order within the expected arrival date, please contact our team.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at support@legithoops.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should i do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@legithoops.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

My package is lost? For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

How long does fulfillment take? 

2-7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 

2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

Please note: Fulfillment time does not include shipping.

After placing my order can I cancel? We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.

Please keep in mind the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its estimated delivery time:

• Products being out of stock
• Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
